Villa Philippe Raymond Jabre, in the Bois de Boulogne, had housed the headquarters of the Syrian intelligence services for the Matn area, from September 1978 until March 2005.They burned and cut down the trees. For 28 years, they had hidden their tanks in the Villa, there were a dozen. the floors were used as guard rooms and prison cells and torture rooms.
